<p>The DOT FMCSA self-compliant application provides a comprehensive solution for recording driver duty status while adhering to key regulations. The application ensures compliance with the following important rules:</p>

<ul>
    <li>60-hour/7 days or 70-hour/8 days driving rules</li>
    <li>34-hour week restart with the latest suspension of two periods from 1 to 5 a.m.</li>
    <li>A maximum of 11 hours of driving within a day</li>
    <li>No more than 14 hours of on-duty time per day</li>
    <li>Provisions for Slip Berth usage</li>
    <li>Passenger Seat regulations</li>
    <li>Personal Conveyance guidelines</li>
    <li>A mandated 30-minute break requirement</li>
    <li>Location recording upon the vehicle's engine being turned on or off, as well as every 60 minutes while the vehicle is in motion</li>
    <li>Changes to duty status are only permitted when the vehicle is at rest</li>
    <li>Visual and/or auditory warnings alerting drivers to any device malfunctions</li>
    <li>Automatic defaulting to on-duty not driving status when stationary for 5 minutes or longer, requiring the driver to select the appropriate status</li>
</ul>
